- Colorado Grill: Join Chef Andy on the Cook Street deck as he takes you on a journey through peak-season Colorado meats. Meet Ranch Foods Direct owner Mike Callicrate and other local ranchers to talk about production methods and Colorado's distinctive terroir. Saturday August 22nd. 11pm to 2:30pm
- Front Range Mushrooms: Get to know the fabulous fungi and how to identify, forage, prepare, grow, and pair local mushrooms with your favorite meals. Saturday August 29th 11pm to 2:30pm
- Colorado Chocolate: Sometimes a bit of local flavor can bring chocolate to the next level. Learn chocolate history and preparation tips and dispel common chocolate myths as you make truffles, enjoy a chocolate tasting, and discover delicious wine and chocolate pairings along with experience local chocolatiers and a very knowledgeable pastry chef. Saturday August 8th 11pm to 2:30pm
- Colorado Artisan Cheese: Enjoy a bounty of local cheeses as you taste, pair with wines, learn more about Colorado dairies and cheesemaking, and even make your own simple cheese. Meet local dairy farmers and cheesemakers as you sample the best Colorado has to offer. Saturday August 15th 11pm to 2:30pm
