Join us for a five course, gourmet wild game dinner prepared by award winning Chef Joe Carei served at the Christian Klay Winery just off the National Road in Chalk Hill, PA. Dinner includes selections from the vineyards wine cellar & beer. You can sample Emerald Valley's fine artisan cheeses (Scenery Hill) , Pittsburgh's own Boyd and Blair's fabulous vodka, and even a cigar from our friends at Tobacco World! The evening ends with a bonfire in the vineyard. Enjoy music provided by Fred Adams. Bring along you guitar, banjo, mandolin and join the musical entertainment around the fire.
