WineMall Wine Dinner July 31st, 8pm
Come enjoy the wonderful pairings of wine and food at the Winemall Friday, July 31st. Wines selected by Anthony Sambrato will be matched by the culinary visions of James Dediego and Rico Bordayo to create a wonderful dining experience. The menu will be $50/per person and includes a glass of Zonin Prosecco Sparkling to prepare your palate. Reservations are strongly encouraged and will be treated as first come first serve. The menu will consist of following :
1st Course -- Sea Scallop on red and yellow tomato stack. Wine Pairing: Mer Soliel Silver Chardonnay 2007
2nd Course -- Fennel crusted rack of lamb, herb polenta, cranberry orange relish grilled endive.

3rd Course -- Cornish hen, Chinese okra, dirty rice & red beans, Black velute.
