Le Bec-Fin is keeping up the grand tradition of wine dinners on the first Tuesday of every month at 7pm. Their next one is on Tuesday, August 4th, followed by September 1st!

This dinner will be hosted by wine importer, Mr. Ed Addis, of Wine traditions. Chef Nicholas Elmi will serve a 4 course dinner accompanied by a wine flight. The first wine is a dry rose with bright red fruits and a balanced acidity. Next is a pinot noir with a medium body and a smoke filled cooked cherry finish. Then they picked a Rhone syrah blend which is spicy and filled with concentrated fruit flavors. Medium to full bodied. Lastly is the sweet wine. It is a product of Botrytis and has a distinct dried stone fruit flavor and long finish similar to Sauternes.
