Chenin Blanc is the wine world's most versatile wine grape in terms of how many styles of world-class wine it can produce - sparkling, dry or semi-sweet still wines, and sweet dessert wines. For this tasting we'll explore Chenin's chameleonlike nature and taste all the different styles, with a particular emphasis on the Loire Valley, its home and where it achieves its greatest heights. The wines will be:

• Charles Bove Brut, Loire Valley
• Simonsig 2007 Chenin Blanc, Stellenbosch
• Chateau d'Epire 2005 Savennieres
• Champalou 2007 Vouvray
• Bourillon d'Orleans 2006 Vouvray Demi-Sec
• Chateau de la Roulerie 2005 Coteaux du Layon Chaume

Cost of the tasting is $15. Seatings are at 5, 6, and 7 p.m. RSVPs are required.
