It's a challenge to serve the correct wine with a dessert, but we think we've gotten it right! Come taste our wines paired with these scrumptious desserts - wine country cheesecake, apple rhubarb pie, gingerbread with brown sugar whipped cream, chocolate cherry bomb cookies, pear tart and others.
Our guest baker for the evening is Jane Oakes. She is the fourth generation in her family to bake professionally. Jane is an expert in 18th and 19th century cooking; she lectures and conducts workshops throughout the state.
