topped with manchego, scallions and an avocado purée

Baby Arugula Salad

tossed with artichokes, red onions, blue cheese and croutons and

drizzled with a sherry vinaigrette

Paired with the 2007 Almirez Old Vine Tinto de Toro/  Toro, Spain

Course Three

Peanut Crusted Ahi Tuna

accompanied with scarlett runner beans, romesco sauce and drizzled with saffron oil

Paired with 2008 Bodegas Shaya Old Vine Verdejo/ Rueda, Spain

Course Four

Chocolate Covered Black Mission Figs

Served with vanilla gelato

drizzled with a red wine reduction and crème anglaise

Paired with 2006 Emilio Moro Malleolus/ Ribero Del Duero, Spain
