The Land Down Under is full of great wine growing reagions. We'll take you on a tour around this vast country visiting a few of them and tasting the differences of the terroir within each wine. Hunter Valley; Climate is warm to hot sub tropical and the soil is volcanic loams to red cracking clays.
Adelaide Hills; The grapes grown in this region are mostly the earlier ripening varieties. The high altitude, the wet and cool spring, and dry summers allows the fruit to mature fully at a much slower pace than in other regions. Victoria; the Yarra Valley region of Vicotria produce Pinot Noir and Chardonnay of immense elegance and delicacy. Barossa Valley; Australia's most famous wine region. It is home to some of the oldest Shiraz vineyards in the world with a landscape comprising of rolling hills, manicured vineyards, and closely linked towns and villages.
