Three exciting wines will be featured: one Red, one White, one Rose
- French Blonde: Sancerre blanc 2006 - 100% Sauvignon Blanc from Domaine Chatelain / Elegant, rich nose, ripe lemon, grapefruit. Fresh and rich in the mouth with nice powerful aromas.
- Rouge Noir: Menetou-Salon rouge 2005 - 100% Pinot Noir from Domaine de Chatenoy / Raspberry and vanilla aromas. Specific earthiness on the palate. Marries red fruit with subtle oak flavors to end on a clean finish. - Nationale 7: Cotes de Provence rose 2006 from Domaine de Rimauresq/ Mineral and floral, peach and strawberry aromas. Fresh minerality and red berries flavors, good acidity.
