Wine OR Wine & Food Event

Wine OR Wine & Food

Join us as we sit back relax and enjoy great champagne.

Our feature selections will include:

Villa Sandi Prosecco ‘Il Fresco’

Very pale straw yellow and fine, persistent perlage. The aroma is fruity and flowery with hints of ripe golden apple and small mountain flowers. The dry, fresh and flavoursome sensation on the palate is followed by a fruity and harmonious aftertaste.

D’Abbatis Gran Cava

A bone-dry, vintage dated cava made in the 'nature' style.  While most cava is blended from three grapes and a variety of vineyard sites, this cava is unusual for being both from a single grape (parellada) and a single vineyard.  A very elegant and aromatic sparkler, delicious as an aperitif or with shellfish or sushi.

Schramsberg Brut Rose

Schramsberg Brut Rosé is flavorful, complex and dry, making it both versatile with food and delicious by itself as an apéritif. The character of the wine is most strongly influenced by bright, flavorful Pinot Noir grown in Carneros, Anderson Valley, and the Sonoma and Marin coastal areas. A few small lots of Pinot Noir are fermented in contact with their skins to add depth and subtle color to this unique sparkling wine. Chardonnay gives spice, structure and length on the palate.

Duval Leroy Brut NV

Since 1859, the Duval-Leroy family has been perfecting the quality of their non-vintage Brut, balancing their passion with an aesthetic sensibility. Providing a perfect balance between finesse and power, it draws out flavors of dark chocolate, cinnamon and roasted yellow figs, expressing its subtle, melt-in-the-mouth viscosity. It was the only Champagne recognized by Wine Spectator magazine in its Top 100 classification for 2008.

Rosa Regale Brachetto d’Acqui

Rosa Regale is produced from Brachetto grapes grown in the "La Rosa” vineyard, located in the heart of historic Acqui Terme. Rosa Regale is produced using the Charmat process, fermentation with brief skin contact, filtration and storage at 32?F, followed by refermentation in stainless-steel vats, and isobaric bottling. Festive cranberry in color with an aromatic bouquet with hints of raspberries, strawberries and rose. A fresh raspberry taste, with crisp acidity, enticing the palate with an initial softness, graduating to a round and luscious finish.

Hope to see you there!
