The original Surdyk’s wine class! Our Intro class is the perfect opportunity for novice wine lovers and individuals who would like to polish their palates and gain a bit of useful knowledge. The class focuses a bit on wine history and how to properly taste wine. We will identify the flavor profile of the major wine varietals, and supply you with enough basic know-how to begin exploring on your own!
