It's time for the annual Cottonwood Canyon Cellar Club Bbq.  This year, we decided to go island hopping to the Caribbean.

Phil's Catering is preparing a Caribbean inspired buffet.  The menu includes Tequila Chicken, Roasted Pork with Orange Chipotle Sauce, black beans, Spanish rice with shrimp and peppers, salad and rolls, paired with a glass of Cottonwood wine.  Not to mention dessert, the carrot and red velvet cake too!

Plus, there will be traditional Caribbean games and reggae music to set the mood.
