Pier. With an amuse of ostrich with a Port Cassis glaze, a demitasse of
lobster bisque, wild arugula salad with candied walnuts, lychee and
taleggio, a trio of fresh pastas and a Gorgonzola-crusted petit filet
with mashed potatoes and root vegetables, by the time you’re done
