Kestrel Vintners is launching the first of our new monthly cooking class series. Be one of only 15 class participants to take part in the Wine Country inspired monthly themes. Each month will bring a different chef, a different technique and of course the enjoyment of learning how each of the recipes will go with your favorite Kestrel Wines.
Thursday, July 30 from 6-8 PM:
Easy Summer Entertaining and Perfect Wine Pairings - Chris Flodin and Audrey Halterman of “A Perfect Pair Catering.”
Cost is $40 per person and includes sampling of the three recipes learned and wines to taste with each recipe. Guests must be over 21 to participate, pre-registration required by contacting the hospitality department at Kestrel Vintners at (509) 786-2675.
