Black Chook Shiraz/Viognier
The seamless integration of Shiraz co-fermented with Viognier, generates a seductive nose of apricots, spice and ripe berries. The palate is smooth and full of rich flavour, perfect for a long lingering finish of delightfully soft Shiraz fruit, but not without the punch.
[NV ]BLACK CHOOK SPARKING SHIRAZ
This non vintage wine sparkles ... it is a well balanced blend of predominantly 3-year old shiraz. Aged in French oak barrels, the wine shows smooth integrated fruit and a rich, weighty texture . Rich and fruity, this sparkler is a perfect match for pork, turkey or any festive occasion.
Mitolo Jester Rose
“Light, bright pink. Redcurrant and wild strawberry on the nose, with a nervy blood orange note adding energy. Clean and dry, with sharply focused red berry and citrus flavors and good mineral snap. This grown-up wine shows very good finishing cut but also gained weight with air, suggesting that it will stand up to full-flavored foods.”

Hendry Chardonnay [unoaked]
The bright floral, apple and citrus aromas and flavors and clean, crisp finish are accentuated by the absence of oak.
