PRP Wine International will be hosting a wine and food night with Chicago's hit restaurant and sushi bar, Kamehachi on August 13th, 7:00pm!  PRP is a worldwide importer of boutique wines!  This month we'll show you how to match wine with Asian foods.  Be sure to reserve your space now because seating is limited!  Please contact PRP Wine Consultant, Stacey at (847)290-7821 or email to sblalock@prpwine.com for details and reservations.  Wine's will be available for purchase by the case the night of the event.  Here's a peak at the menu!

Asparagus Beef Rolls
Sliced beef rolled with asparagus and scallions, broiled with teriyaki sauce

 

Sauteed Scallops
Sea scallops, lightly floured and pan-fried in lemon-soy butter

 

Ten Zaru Soba
Cold buckwheat noodles served with shrimp & vegetable tempura & a light soy dipping sauce

 

Chicken Katsu
Chicken breast, battered with bread crumbs & deep-fried, with Japanese barbecue sauce

 

Chilean Sea Bass
Broiled sea bass marinated in a citrus and sake wine sauce

 

Asian Lamb Chops
Grilled French-cut lamb chops, marinated in garlic-sesame soy sauce

Delicate chocolate mousse on chocolate sponge base, dusted with bitter chocolate.
