Impromptu Pairing Dinner with Chrystal Clifton & the Palmina Family of Wines
When Chef Payton Curry heard his favorite wine dynamo would be in town for Industry Sip & Spin at Kazimierz, he couldn't resist inviting Chrystal her to help christen his "new home" -- provided the mini-renovation was complete. It's complete; passed inspection today!
Chrystal's contagious enthusiasm & passion for her craft make her irresistable. She & Chef Payton definitely have their own mutual admiration society; this marks their third collaboration in the past year. (Cellarmaster Sean Tevik is also making wine with her; how cool is that?!).
