In this ode to easy, inspired outdoor cooking, you'll gather ‘round the grill with always-entertaining culinary instructor, cookbook author, and featured magazine writer Jill Silverman Hough.   She'll share secrets for searing, steaming, smoking, and roasting on the grill and teach you how to make perfectly cooked, tender-yet-juicy meats, poultry, and seafood every time.   Along the way, you'll make five of her trademark simple yet special recipes and them enjoy them, of course.  

Menu:   Root Beer Can Chicken with Spicy Root Beer-Brown Sugar Sauce; Sausage, Onion, and Pepper Kebabs with Honeyed Mustard; Herb-Marinated Chicken with Parmesan on Arugula; Portobello Mushroom Sandwiches with Eggplant, Provolone & Herbed Aioli; Grilled Salmon with Rosemary Pesto.
