Menu includes:   Fig, Goat Cheese and Arugula Salad with Candied Pecans; Summer Garden Galette; Herbs de Provence Salmon Skewers with Provencal Aioli; Balsamic Chicken with Goat Cheese; Tapenade Swordfish Skewers with Tapenade Tabbouleh.
