Baked fresh sardines with a salad of tomato water melon and spinach.
Paired with 2008 White-Tufted Sunbeam Sauvignon Blanc
Second Course - Carpaccio Di Pollo
Herbed steamed chicken carpaccio with sauté chilly prawn and saffron cream.
Paired with 2006 Santa Cruz Mountains Chardonnay
Third Course - Linguine Mare e Monti
A sea and mountain sauce with prawns, calamari, mussels with sun dried Mediterranean black olives, mushrooms, herbs and marinara sauce.

Fourth Course - Costolette Di Agnello In Crosta
Hazelnut & Mustard crusted lamb chops with garlic and herbs mush potatoes.
