Come join WineMall Friday, July 24th for a wondeful pairing of wine & food. Napa Cellars wines will be paired with the wonderful foods created by Chef Rico Bordayo. The menu will consist of 3 seperate courses, each paired with a specific wine to enhance the flavors utilzed in each. There is limited space available & reservations are strongly encouraged. The menu will consist of the following:
1st Course - Snapper Cerviche served on spicy young coconut slaw, paired with Napa Cellars Chardonnay
2nd Course - Duck Ropa Vieja over Zinfadel onions served with black bean sauce, paired with Napa Cellars Zinfandel
3rd Course - Beef Burgundy with roasted root vegetables & wild mushrooms, paired with Napa Cellars Cabernet.
