The Institute of Masters of Wine is offering registration for the 2009 Annual Champagne Tasting to be held at the Ferry Plaza Building in San Francisco, California, September 28th.  Each tasting will be limited to 300 attendees. This is the fifth consecutive year for this event, the largest and most prestigious tasting of champagne in North America. The tasting will include many dozens of bottles, and is organized by style: non-vintage, Demi-Sec, Vintage, Blanc de Blanc and Rose/Blanc de Noir wines. There is only one single session tasting, from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. The cost of the tickets is $50.00. THERE ARE NO DISCOUNTS FOR WINE STUDENTS. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE AVAILABL AFTER SEPTEMBER 21ST.
