The Artisanal Premium Cheese Center is proud to kick off our first Celebrity Series with co-proprietor Frank Pellegrino of Rao's New York and Las Vegas and Rao's Specialty Foods. The event will be co-hosted by Fromager Waldemar Albrecht-Luna, Artisanal's Director of Business Development and long time fan of Rao’s cuisine.

The restaurant, located in East Harlem prepares spectacular Neopolitan cuisine and has been serving New York's cultural and political elite for decades. What started as a neighborhood restaurant became a landmark and Frank became a legend. Yearlong waits to book a table are not uncommon as a number of decades-old regulars have come to "own" their tables. Lucky patrons may only get to dine with them or wait for tables to be "released".

Be a part of that exclusivity and join Fromager Waldemar Albrecht as we pair Italian cheeses with the new line of Rao's wines. Rao's New York and Rao's Las Vegas at Caesars Palace serve these stellar wines night after night.
