A selection of Wine Spectator and Wine Enthusiast 92 and 93 rated Zinfandels are on offer this weekend. Stop in and sample each of the following wines: Valdez 2006 Lancel Creek Vyd Russian River Valley (WS 93); Valdez 2006 Rockpile Road Vyd Rockpile (WS 92); Orin Swift 2007 The Prisoner (Zinfandel Blend) Napa Valley (WS 92); Dutton Goldfield 2006 Morelli Lane Vyd Russian River Valley (WE 92); and Ottimino 2005 Von Weidlich Vyd Russian River Valley (WE 92). What do you think of these scores? How would you rate them? Purchase any three or more of these wines and receive a 10% discount during the tasting.
As always, cheese plates, designed to complement the wines, will be available for purchase during the tasting. We have 200 California produced wines and about 50+ U.S. and European cheeses available for purchase at all times.
Exit the 210 Frwy at Myrtle Ave. and drive north about 14 blocks through the village. Turn left onto Foothill and we are at mid-block on the right side. Street parking is available, as well as lots behind Blockbuster and Wraps 360.
