Summer is a great time to explore the lighter side of reds. Put away those meaty autumn reds and relax in the complex yet softer persuasion of delicate red wine varietals like Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, Grenache, Carignan and more. We think you’ll find these wines much more food friendly as we pair these wines with some signature appetizers.

If you would like to bring one of your new selections across and join us at 610 after the tasting, reservations will be available to enjoy our new 3 and 4 course options, or the full Chef’s tasting menu. Please inquire for details.
