Renowned chef (and winner of Season 5 Bravo’s Top Chef) Hosea Rosenberg is bringing the heat  to Steamboat, for an interactive cooking demonstration that is sure to dazzle food lovers and aspiring chefs everywhere. During this atypical cooking demonstration, where audience participation is encouraged, Hosea - will share some of his secrets of success in the kitchen. Lucky audience members will be invited on stage to participate and sample the cuisine. There will be opportunities to ask questions throughout the demonstration.
