Hambletonian Wine Celebration in Pegasus

This fabulous four-course menu that fouses upon locally grown ingredients features Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc, Franciscan Oakville Sauvage Chardonnay, Chateau St. Jean Cinq Cepages and Pio Cesare Barolo.

First Course - Caramelized Diver Sea Scallps with baby Heirloom Tomato Salad
Second Course - Chicken Confit Salad
Third Course - Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Rainbow Char, Fingerling potatoes & Wild Mushroom Demi-Glaze
Four Course - Summer Berry Tart with Sweetened Mascarpone & caramel sauce

All wine celebration guests receive a $5 betting voucher and a drawing ticket for Ipods, $20 betting vouchers, winner's circle presentation and other great prizes.
