Get to know Hirsch—both the man and his legendary California wines. Join us as we explore what this pinot noir can do in the capable hands of not just David Hirsch, but also the winemakers of Williams-Selyem, Littorai and Failla—all of whom buy his grapes. We'll explore the different ways a single vineyard varietal grape can taste when coaxed into life by a master. With David Hirsch as our guide, and Jason Franey our chef, this is sure to be one of the best pinot noir dinners we've ever produced.
Passed Hors D'oeuvres: Mediterranean lamb, yellow fin tuna, watermelon & basil
Prawns: cauliflower and vin jaune foam
Salmon: Meyer lemon, parsley and garlic
Jidori Chicken: celeries and natural jus
