Roc City Uncorked is a Wine and Food Tasting Expo featuring over 250 New York State wines for one’s tasting pleasure, exceptional culinary treats from some of our regions finest restaurants, the Roc City beer garden and over a dozen live entertainment acts… featuring the perennial favorite party band Nik & The Nice Guys… all assembled within the Rochester Riverside Convention Centers main floor which has been transformed into a “virtual” wine trail. This promises to be the most unusual and FUN wine, beer and food tasting you have ever experienced.

Proceeds will allow the Monroe County Rotary Clubs to continue to serve the needs of our disabled and special children at Camp Haccamo and The Rotary Sunshine Campus.

The doors to the Grand Ballroom will open at 7 pm.  The enormous hall will be divided into virtual wine trails where you will be able to visit selected wineries from a specific region.  Each winery and Restaurant will be hosted by one of the 17 Rotary Clubs in Monroe County.  A variety of tasteful music will add to the festive atmosphere.

Our sponsors and Award Winning Winery owners and vintners will enjoy a special Awards Reception featuring the Double Gold Wines from the 2009 NYS Wine & Grape Foundation Competition.

A wide variety of items will be available on our silent auction tables where you just might find the bargain of a lifetime.  As you browse, enjoy coffee or bottled water and an assortment of cheese and crackers to help cleanse your palate. Or visit one of the many vendors offering items with a wine theme.

At 10:30 in the evening Roc City Uncorked will become ROCK City Uncorked as Rochester’s # 1 Party Band Nik & The Nice Guys finish off the evening until 12:30 am!

Tickets are available for $ 60 each or 2 for $ 100.  A small discount is available to all active Rotarians.  Tickets can be purchased from any Monroe County Rotarian, at any Wegmans Ticket locationor via our Web-Site;
