An Italian fellow I know insists that Italians invented cheese! Not
sure how true that is, but we’ll certainly discover just how wonderful
Italian cheeses can be in this session. We’ll try a variety of cheeses
from around Italy, and– you guessed it – pair them with some great
Italian wines. At the end of this class, you will be saying manga!
manga! with the best of them! Class is limited to 24 students, so please register early! Save money and sign up for all three classes.
