Three Course Argentina wine dinner. An evening celebrating the food and wine of Argentina.                                     First Course

Lightly breaded beef pounded thin and pan-fried served over a fresh salad of micro-greens, red onions and cherry tomatoes tossed in a Chimichurri vinaigrette and paired with 2006 Avieso Malbec from Mendoza valley.

                                                   Second Course

Corvina, Littleneck clams and rock shrimp in a savory seafood broth finished with artichoke hearts and yellow tomatoes, paired with a 2005 Torrentes

                                                    Third Course

Braised pork Osso Bucco over saffron risotto, paired with a 2007 Seven Lakes blend
