Thomas Kelly from Small Vineyards will be presenting the following wines from their portfolio of family owned and operated wineries.  Food bites to be announced later.

Marchetti, Verdicchio Superiore, Marche  $15

Full-bodied & lush, this is not a sweet wine.  It is off-dry, taking advantage of an extra month on the vine to develop greater body, structure & fruit essence.  It is deftly made, with lush fruits of pear, melon & a touch of honey complexion that retains beautiful acidity.  A one of a kind wine from Marche.

San Giovanni, Fiano Paestum, White Wine  $21

100% Fiano grapes.  Bright notes of lime, honeydew & sea salt.  A very rare Southern Italian white.  Vines are 30 years old.  Finish is long & focused.

Rigoloccio, Rosato Maremma IGT  $10

100% Cabernet Franc.  A pale pink style that defies its appearance with powerful minerality.  Planted atop an old prite mine, wine leeches gun-metal

elements that men once risked their lives mining for.  A pure summer pleasure in a fantastic rose that confirms why we all love pink.

De Tarczal, Cabernet Franc, Trentino  $16

The De Tarczal family has been making wine since the 1600’s.

Old celebration of the varietal, as clean as stained glass, & equally artistic & expressive.

Martorana, Colonna, Sicily  $14

50% Nero d’Avola, 50% Syrah.

Lush, rubenesque, plummy fruit is layered in between whiffs

of Moroccan spice, mincemeat & sweet ginger.  Guiseppe Martorana truly understands his land and its relationship to the varietal.

Trevisiol, Rosecco, Veneto  $15

40% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir, 20% Prosecco

Sparkling rose’.  A light, effervescent with fresh berries, acidity and gentle bubbles.

Minerals shine through, making this wine serious while being delightful.
