The meal will feature four courses each paired with a different beer from Rogue’s illustrious collection. DATE: Wednesday, July 22, 2009. TIME: Beer Sampling will begin at 5:30 in the evening and the first course will be served at 6:00 pm. PRICE: $45.00 per person, which includes tax and gratuity Space is limited, so reservations must be made in order to attend the dinner, and will be taken on a first come, first serve basis. Please call the restaurant at 312.566.9100 in order to make reservations. Participants will be given a chance to purchase some of the beers they tasted to take home and enjoy, along with a recipe book in order to be able to host their own beer dinner. Celebrating its second century, Rogue Ales is an Artisan Varietal Brewery founded in Oregon in 1988, as one of America's first 50 microbreweries. Rogue has 650+ awards for taste and quality and is available nationally and in 20 countries. |
