Cork is excited to invite you to the cookout of the summer. Due to the overwhelming response to last month's Beer and Brats cookout, we will be accepting only the first 100 RSVP's to BubbleQue. Please call the store or check out our website for more details- see you at the grill, cheers!!
Admission includes (2) glasses of delicious sparkling wine and a plate of chicken wings and chopped BBQ sausage, (white/wheat) bread, and potato salad! Yummm!

Flor Prosecco
Our first sparkler has been featured in the Dallas Morning News and is the house Prosecco served in renowned Chef Mario Batali's restaurants. He and partners Joe Bastianich and Lidia Bastianich (of PBS fame) created this delicate and fruity prosecco to serve exclusively in restaurants like the revered Del Posto in New York and now our very own Cork!
Boasting beautiful floral and mineral notes, the Flor Proseccois perfect for the summer. It's even comes in a really cool bottle with no labels or writing, just a shiny Fleur de Lis on the front..
Gratien & Meyer Saumur Brut Rose
Our second sparkling wine is made from Cabernet Franc and Grolleau grapes, which create an excellent taste of summer.
