“The Wines of The Loire Valley”
The number one region for wines ordered in restaurants in France is The Loire Valley. It is easy to see why this is so as the wines express so much variety, freshness, finesse and compliment so many cuisines. This dinner is just in time for the hot summer as even the red wines of Cabernet Franc can be surprisingly refreshing. We will pour wines representing the main regions and varietals of Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc, Melon de Bourgogne, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Franc all paired by our sommelier and culinary team’s creations.
