Master Sommelier Robert Jones will join us for a great evening of discussion and tasting of Spanish wines. This'll be an informative,informal night, with a chance to talk wine with a Master Sommelier, (one of only 106 in the world), and taste some of the best wines from one of the world's most diverse and interesting wine-producing regions. The food will be paired with the wines by Robert and our Chef de Cuisine, Shawn Wilcox. Enjoy a glass of Sherry with Robert on our deck overlooking Penobscot Bay, then come in to our comfortable dining room at the Summit of Ducktrap Mountain for a 5 course dinner.
