If you've been paying attention this month, you know there's more to bubbles than just "Champagne." Tonight we plan to feature our 1+1=3 Cava and a sparkling Vouvray from Francois Pinon. Both are made using the same method as Champagne (secondary fermentation in the bottle) but from very different grapes grown in very different places. Give your blind tasting chops another workout.
