Wine OR Wine & Food

A Wine dinner featuring the wines of Rodney Strong, and a four course meal paired with the wines. A champagne reception precedes the event with passed hors d' oeurves.

                                       Sauvignon Blanc: Warm Peach Salad

                                     Honey-thyme roasted peaches, arugula leaves, watercress, candied pecans, Gorgonzola cheese, and spicy bread stick.

Chardonnay: Gulf Grouper Cheeks

Grilled cheeks, jicama, avocado, orange, and vanilla-rum gastrique.

Pinot Noir: Surf-N-Turf

Seared diver scallop, braised boneless short rib, white sweet potato, grilled scallions, and heirloom tomato jam.

Meritage: Chocolate-Ginger Fruit Tart

Ginger scented chocolate custard, fresh berries, and symetry ice.
