Jalapeno and Bacon Swiss Cheese Fondue
A
white wine base with roasted garlic, diced shallots, fresh jalapeno,

bacon crumbles, and our Emmenthaler and Gruyere Swiss cheese.

 

Wine: 2008 Casa Lapostolle Sauvignon Blanc

Second Course

 

Entree
An entrée of
filet mignon, garlic and herb chicken breast, porcini and

portobello mushroom sacchetti, and shrimp diablo served with fresh

vegetables and cooked in our Coq Au Vin cooking style.

 

Wine: Casa Lapostolle 2007 “Cuvee Alexandre” Cabernet Sauvignon

Third Course

 

Cherries Jubilee Chocolate Fondue
 Dark chocolate blended with Amareno cherries. 

 

Wine: Casa Lapostolle 2006 “Cuvee Alexandre” Merlot
