Colorado author and international speaker Julie Pech (The Chocolate Therapist: A User's Guide to the Extraordinary Health Benefits of Chocolate) presents this extraordinary evening of education and entertainment.

Your evening begins with a sampling of select international chocolates from countries around the world. Discover your favorite while you learn how to eat chocolate properly and how to compare and contrast flavors, scents, and textures. Following the chocolate tasting, you'll pair four select wines with a collection of tasteful infused chocolates, custom created by The Chocolate Therapist chocolate shop, designed to bring out the flavors in both the chocolate & the wine. Learn guidelines for pairing chocolate and wines for future enjoyment.

Be prepared: The post-class test requires students to create their own pairings. Enjoy!
