Let us take you to the South Sea Islands for a delighful dinner featuring authentic island cuisine prepared by our own Chef Kelin. Here is the menu! We are very limited in our seating, only 24 reservations accepted, call today! Island Paradise Wine Dinner Welcome reception begins at 6:00 pm with a refreshing aperitif. Dinner begins at 6:30
Course 1 Chilled Papaya Soup Cool, fruity, and light. The perfect beginning to a tropical getaway. Wine Mapema Sauvignon Blanc
Course 2 Banana Leaf Wrapped Chicken Thigh Incredibly aromatic with both sweet and tangy flavors.
Wine Sinean Gewurztraminer
Course 3 Hibiscus Honey Mustard Glazed Mahi Mahi Floral and savory. Absolutely delicious.

Course 4 Mango Upside Down Cake with Gelato da Vinci Coconut-Honey Ice Cream Caramel and fruity sweet with just the right hint of coconut
