Golf, BBQ and live music. The format is a 2-man better ball. The menu includes Local Clams with Oysters on the half shell with a citrus cocktail sauce, Open Roasted Suckling Pig, BBQ Chicken, Seafood Paella with shrimp, Chorizo Sausage, Olives, Herbs, and Saffron rice, Jersey fresh Vegetables, Homemade desserts and Ice Cream. Registration and open range is at 9:30 am, 1 pm shotgun, and 5pm Clambake on the back patio. The cost is $175 per person (which includes golf and dinner).
