Join us at The Wine Academy at Chapters Hotel for a tour Australia. From poweful Shiraz to elegant Riesling and playful Moscato  we will talk and taste our way around the 'big brown island'. Starting with an aperitif we will be guided through a minimum of 6 further wines by Karen Hardwick (Finalist in the Riedel International Wine Educator of the Year Competition in 2009). For those of you wishing to stay for dinner afterwards award winning Chef Sean Wilkinson has designed a menu to match the wines tasted which will all be availble to purchase by the glass on the night. Numbers are limited to 30 so early booking is essential.
