Ever wonder if there’s really a difference between French and American oak barrels?
On the twilight of Independence Day and the eve of Bastille Day, come see which side of the pond you pledge allegiance. Eden Canyon Vineyards tribute to oak weekend pitches American versus French oak barrels. Featuring our 2005 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon (American oak) as well as our 2005 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon (French oak), both wines are from the same grapes, same vineyard, and same year. The only difference is the barrel. Taste the difference a barrel makes this weekend.
