For a posse of twenty or more, we will set up the tables and chairs, and pour the wine. Then you just sit right back and get ready to indulge in a delicious lobster spread.
To set the stage, Johnny fires up the steamer pots, wraps the tables in butcher paper and places buckets loaded with napkins, shell crackers, and condiments on top. Once the food is boiling and all bibs are tied, Johnny strains the pots and dumps copious amounts of steaming lobster, prawns, artichokes, potatoes, onions, garlic and corn-on-the-cob down the middle of the entire feasting table. It’s all topped off with fresh lemons, sourdough baguettes and cups of melted butter for all.
That’s when the hand-to-mouth feast begins!
