Brooke Michaels from Silver Oak Winery will be introducing Twomey Sauvignon Blanc for the first time in the Texas market. We will also be serving Twomey Merlot, Silver Oak Alexander Cabernet Sauvignon and Silver Oak Napa Cabernet Sauvignon.
These wines will be paired with a four course meal presented by Chef Charles Miller and will begin with a poached pear salad the move into a five onion soup gratin, the main entree will be a Prime NY Strip on a bed of wild mushrooms with a peppercorn topping and finish with a Chocolate Cabernet "Flower Pot" sundae.
