The next Joy of Sake Aftertaste tasting will be held on
July 15 at 6pm and the
theme is "The Magic of Rice" – how rice determines a sake’s taste and texture.
More than 20 different types of rice are involved in sake making and guests will
be able to compare a number of them in the sakes. In all 39 sakes will be tasted and paired
with a selection of appetizers.
