Pasta Course:

Cannelloni alla Gastronomica or Penne all’Ortolana.

Main Course:

Pork loin scaloppini in a red wine Cacciatora sauce or

Fresh Mahi-Mahi sautéed in olive oil and finished with champagne vinegar over polenta.

Dessert:

Tiramisu’ and Bavarese al cioccolato.
