Summer BBQ Wine Tasting
I once had an idea for an outdoor cooking show. A group of stout chefs would don swimsuits and hold a beach grillfest, charring up loads of summer treats while imbibing in seasonally appropriate wines. It sounded great until I realized that no one wants to see chefs in their bathing suits.
At Sage on the Coast we savor the delights of summertime grilling. Moreover we understand the importance of having our kitchen staff remain fully clothed. This month our Second Saturday Wine Tasting will celebrate the joys of summer – warm weather, holidays and outdoor cooking. We will also partake in a few BBQ-centric wines as we acknowledge our freedom to wear, or not to wear, swimsuits.
