Please join us this Friday, July 10th from 5-7pm as we taste three delicious Spanish wines!

Poema Cava NV
Penedes, Spain ($25)
Vibrant aromas of ripe peaches, pears and toasted bread with a hint of spice fill the nose. The palate is dry with a rich, creamy texture. Layers of flavor include orange rind and spice that persists through an elegant finish.

2007 Don Olegario Albariño
Rias Baixas, Spain ($30)
Powerful primary aromas come through, because of the low yield of this vintage. A goergous bouquet of fresh fruit like white pear, apple and mandarin with layers and layers of tropical fruit (mango and pineapple) and ripe apricot.

2006 Abadia Retuerta Seleccion Especial
Sardon de Duero, Spain ($29)
75% Tempranillo, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot. Winner of the 2005 International Wine Challenge red wine trophy. Demonstrates the richness of Temranillo, the suppleness of Merlot, and the aromatic elegance of Cabernet Sauvignon.

The $5 tasing fee includes a Double Helix wine glass for you to keep.
